BWEMr. Eason received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada in 1950 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver in 1956, where he served on the Board of Editors of its law review. He was admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in Colorado in February 1957. He is a member of the bar of the Colorado Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado (where he served as a member and Chairman of its Committee on Conduct), the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Eason has served as Chairman of the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association and as a member of its Title Standards Committee. He has been an adjunct professor of Property Law for the University of Denver College of Law. As an Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Eason acted as counsel for the Colorado Division of Banking and Banking Board, the Colorado Department of Revenue, the Colorado Board of Accountancy and other state agencies. In addition, Mr. Eason acted as a Special Assistant Attorney General in representing the Board of Trustees for State Colleges in Colorado, as well as special counsel to the Legal Services Committee of the Colorado General Assembly. Mr. Eason is a former Colorado District Court Judge and has been selected for listing in Best Lawyers in America since 1995. He is currently Of Counsel to the Firm and his practice emphasizes Banking Law, Commercial Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration.
