Michael J. Mr. Cook began his practice in Omaha, Nebraska. In 1999, he relocated to Colorado and joined the firm. Mr. Cook has been a shareholder of the firm since 2003. Mr. Cook received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 1997 from Creighton University, in Omaha, Nebraska. He was admitted to practice in Nebraska in 1997, Colorado in 1999, and California in 2002.
