Martin D. Buckley heads the Labor and Employment Law Department. He has extensive experience representing clients in a wide variety of employment-related matters, including labor-management relations, employment discrimination, wrongful termination; pension and employee benefit plans, grievance arbitration, non-competition and trade secrets agreements, wage and hour law, and OSHA compliance. He has been a frequent lecturer at legal seminars on employment law and is recognized as a superior litigator.

Mr. Buckley was born on October 14, 1943. He received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Texas in 1968. He became a member of the Texas Bar in 1968 and the Colorado Bar in 1972. For several years he served as a trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, in Washington, D.C. He is a fellow of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
