I. H. "Ike" Kaiser is both a distinguished litigator and a specialist in public utility law relating to transportation, complex domestic relations, and labor law arbitrations. During his career, he has tried hundreds of civil cases in courts both in and outside of the State of Colorado, including both state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. He has also served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Kaiser has represented many transportation companies over the years, particularly in their dealings with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.

Mr. Kaiser was born in New York City on January 27, 1930. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 1952, receiving a B.A. degree. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Yale University in 1956. He was admitted to practice law in New York in 1957 and in Colorado in 1958.
