Gary M. Kramer, the Chairman of the Berenbaum, Weinshienk & Eason litigation department, is a respected, experienced litigator who has appeared in numerous courts throughout the United States. Mr. Kramer's practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including telecommunications, complex marital dissolution actions, constitutional law, and land use law. Mr. Kramer's practice also emphasizes criminal defense, including white collar crimes, Mr. Kramer graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1989. While in Law School, Mr. Kramer served as Articles Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review. Following graduation, Mr. Kramer was associated with the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Washington, D.C. and Denver. In 1996, Mr. Kramer joined the practice of Arthur M. Schwartz, P.C., which specializes in constitutional litigation. He joined Berenbaum, Weinshienk & Eason in 2000 as a shareholder. Mr. Kramer is a member of the of the City of Greenwood Village City Council. Mr. Kramer was born on January 13, 1963 in Brooklyn, New York.
