  • Practical advice regarding violations of ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, including extensive experience with the DOL's amnesty program and the IRS's Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS).
  • Due diligence employee benefits issues in connection with mergers, acquisitions, spinoffs, and layoffs.
  • COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, ADA, ADEA, WARN Act and numerous other federal and state laws affecting employee benefit plans.
  • Litigation involving employee benefits and ERISA matters.
  • Collection actions for multiemployer plans.
