The Bankruptcy and Reorganization Practice Group offers a wide range of experience in corporate reorganizations and bankruptcy.  We have represented debtors, creditors' committees, secured and unsecured creditors and trustees in bankruptcy cases in Colorado and various other states.  Representative clients include banks and other lenders, trade creditors, insurance companies, real estate partnerships, asset purchasers, and other businesses involved in restructuring and bankruptcy matters.

We also assist clients in bankruptcy litigation matters.  Members of both the litigation and bankruptcy departments have represented a variety of clients in the bankruptcy and federal courts in adversary proceedings, contested matters, and appeals.

In addition to bankruptcy representation, we also assist both businesses and lenders in workouts and other restructuring transactions, supported by our corporate, litigation, real estate, employment, and tax lawyers.
